Easy Steps

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter.

Add curry leaves, then toss in shredded cabbage, carrot, and capsicum.

Sprinkle turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and salt.

Mix well, sprinkle a little water, and cook covered for 5–7 minutes until vegetables are tender but not mushy.
